Vatican City (Fides News Agency) - The Holy Father Francis has appointed the Reverend Dominic Nguyên Tuan Anh S.A.C., hitherto Vicar General of the same Diocese and Professor of St. Joseph Major Seminary, assigning him the titular See of Timida Regia.
H.E. Msgr. Dominic Nguyên Tuan Anh was born on April 9, 1972 in Tam Hiệp, in the Diocese of Xuân Lôc. He studied Philosophy and Theology at the St. Joseph Major Seminary in Thành-Phô Hô Chí Minh. He was ordained to the priesthood on September 30, 2005 for the Diocese of Xuân Lôc.
He held the following positions and carried out the following further studies: Licentiate in Moral Theology at the Institut Catholique de Paris, France (2006-2013); Professor at the St. Joseph Major Seminary, Xuân Lôc (2013-2015); Studies in Moral Theology at the Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines (2015-2020); since 2021, he has been Vicar General of the Diocese of Xuân Lôc and Professor at the St. Joseph Major Seminary.
