Tagle, Pro-Prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelization (Section for First Evangelization and New Particular Churches), confirmed Reverend Father Jean Noël Gossou, of the clergy of the Diocese of Yopougon, as National Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies in Côte d'Ivoire, for another five-year period (2024-2029) (see Fides, 14/3/2019).
