Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - On July 22, the Holy Father accepted the resignation from the pastoral care of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Toliara (Madagascar) presented by His Exc. Msgr. Fulgence Rabeony, S.I. The Holy Father appointed His Exc. Msgr. Gustavo Bombín Espino, O.SS.T., as Metropolitan Archbishop of Toliara (Madagascar) transferring him from the Diocese of Maintirano.
