Mgr. Pier Luigi Celata, Titular Archbishop. of Doclea, Secretary of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue; His exc. Mgr. José Octavio Ruiz Arenas, Archbishop Emeritus of Villavicencio, Secretary of the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of the New Evangelization; His Exc. Mgr.
