AMERICA/MEXICO- The website for the Pope's visit to Mexico is open

Mexico City (Agenzia Fides) - "From the Mexican Episcopal Conference we give a warm welcome to the official website of Pope Benedict XVI’s Apostolic Visit in Mexico, which began on the evening of Feb. 13. We are confident that this site will be a source of valuable information for the Church in Mexico and throughout the world " with these words, the Episcopal Conference invites to visit the new site, which shows the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the picture of Pope Benedict XVI with the words: "Our Hope is felt throughout Mexico ... Welcome Benedict." In addition to the biography of the Pope and to the key documents signed by him, the site presents the details of Benedict XVI’s visit, the itinerary, the general program, with a section prepared for the speeches, the celebrations and news. There is also a presentation of the places the Pope will visit and a space for photos that will be published.
