La Paz (Agenzia Fides) - The Commission for the Missions of the Bolivian Episcopal Conference has promoted the organization of a course for new missionaries arriving in the country, to be held from March 12 to 17 at the House Maurer, on the Avenida Juan Pablo II. Through this initiative we want to present the missionaries a picture of the reality in Bolivia and pastoral duties of the Church. The course was designed for priests, men and women religious, and lay people from other countries and also from the same Bolivia. The main topics which will be covered are popular piety, inculturation, the images of popular religiosity in the worship of the Church, the most important moments in the history of Bolivia, the path of the Pastoral Care of the Church in Bolivia.
