Bogota (Agenzia Fides) – Beginning Wednesday, September 30, until Wednesday, October 3, at the Meeting House of the Colombian Bishops' Conference (CEC), there will be a National Encounter for Vicars and Delegates of Consecrated Life. Among the themes on the agenda are: “The Priesthood of the Religious. Their Relationship with the Bishop and the Clergy”; “The Year for Priests”; “The Word of God in the Life and Mission of the Religious, in Lieu of the Synod of Bishops.” The workshops will begin on October 1, with a talk by Bishop Oscar Jose Velez Isaza of Valledupar, President of the CEC's Commission on Consecrated Life.
