Havana (Agenzia Fides) - The meeting of the National Directors of the Pontifical Mission Societies (PMS) of the American continent is taking place in Cuba. According to the program sent to Fides, the National Directors will examine issues of missionary animation in America and will share their experiences in this regard from 2 to 6 March.
The Bolivian delegation, led by His Exc. Mgr. Eugenio Scarpellini, Bishop of El Alto and National Director of the PMS, will present the first steps carried out in the preparation towards CAM 5 (Fifth American Missionary Congress): logo, texts and other subsidies will help the journey of the communities towards the missionary event of the continent, to be held in Bolivia in 2018.
According to information from the Bolivian delegation, all national delegations will offer suggestions and contributions on the subject to define the final details and launch CAM 5 during the V Bolivian National Eucharistic Congress to be held in July. (CE) (Agenzia Fides 03/03/2015)
