Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - On June 21, 2013 Cardinal Fernando Filoni, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, appointed rev. Don Maurice Péporté, of the Archdiocese of Luxembourg as National Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies (PMS) in Luxembourg for a five-year period (2013-2018). The new National Director is 46 years old and was ordained a priest 22 years ago. From 1991 to 2008 he was pastor in two different parishes. Since 2008 he has been pastor in Ettelbruck.
