accepted the resignation from the pastoral governance of the Diocese of Pemba (Mozambique) by His Exc. Mgr. Ernesto Maguengue, in accordance with canon 401 § 2 of the Code of Canon Law, and appointed Rev. Fr. Domingos Fernando Costa, C.P.
