Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - The Holy Father Benedict XVI, on 5 March 2011, accepted the resignation of the pastoral care of the Diocese of Lodwar (Kenya), presented by Bishop Patrick Joseph Harrington, S.M.A., in conformity with canon 401 § 2 of the Code of Canon Law. The Holy Father appointed as Bishop of Lodwar (Kenya), Bishop Dominic Kimengich, until now Titular Bishop of Tanaramusa and Auxiliary of the same diocese. (SL) (Agenzia Fides 5/03/2011)
