Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) – Cardinal Ivan Dias, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, on 28 August 2010 appointed as National Director of Pontifical Mission Societies in Gabon for a five-year period (2010-2015), Fr. Ruffin Ngoubou of the clergy of the Archdiocese of Libreville.
The new National Director, from the Archdiocese of Libreville, was born June 24, 1969, and was ordained a priest on June 27, 2004. He is currently pastor of the Parish of Saint-Michel in Ndjolé and Vicar of the Province of the Middle Ogooué. (S.L.) (Agenzia Fides 05/11/2010)
