Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - The Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI on 28 January 2010, accepted the renunciation of the pastoral government of the Diocese of Chunchon (Korea) presented by Bishop John Chang Yik, in conformity with the Code of Canon Law, canon 401 § 1. The Holy Father appointed as Bishop of Chunchon (Korea), Bishop Lucas Kim Woon-hoe, until now Titular Bishop of Vadesi and Auxiliary of the Archdiocese of Seoul (Korea). (SL) (Agenzia Fides 28/1/2010)
