National Director of Pontifical Mission Societies confirmed

Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) – Cardinal Ivan Dias, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, on July 14, 2008, appointed Father Aubert Dipou Noudjimongoum, of the clergy of the Archdiocese of N’Djamena, National Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies in Chad for a five-year term (2008-2013).
The new Director was born in Pala, on December 8, 1962 and was ordained a priest in N’Djamena on May 10, 1997. He has served as parish pastor, Diocesan Director of Formation, and Diocesan Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies in N’Djamena since 1999. (SL) (Agenzia Fides 19/9/2008)
