Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) – Cardinal Ivan Dias, Prefect for the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, on July 3, 2008, confirmed the appointment of Father Giri Slegr, of the clergy of the Diocese of Hradec Králové, as National Director of the Pontifical Missionary Societies in the Czech Republic for another 5-year term (2008-2013).
