Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - On 15 July 2018 Cardinal Fernando Filoni, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, appointed Fr. Barthélemy Kikina Wang-Tou, of the clergy of the diocese of Lai as National Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies (PMS) in Chad for five years (2018-2023).
The new National Director was born on 7 August 1969 and was ordained a priest on 11 May 2002. He received his Master's in Theology at the University of San Damaso (Madrid).
Among the positions held: Vice-Parish Priest and Parish Priest, Radio and Caritas Coordinator of his diocese. He is currently a parish priest. (SL) (Agenzia Fides, 11/10/2018)
