AMERICA/COLOMBIA - The Human Rights International Film Festival brings together new directors

Bogotá (Agenzia Fides) - Cinema creates a space to give way to the creativity of new film directors. With this aim, the Bogotá Human Rights International Film Festival, in collaboration with the Latin American Rule of Law Program of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and with the support of the Inter-American Human Rights Court, are committed to researching new talent directors in the Country. New talents, students, professionals and producers are invited to participate in the initiative with 1 to 3-minute videos dealing with the issue of migration and the rights of the migrant population in Latin America. The winner of the initiative will have the opportunity to go to Costa Rica and have exclusive access to the archives of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. (AP) (Agenzia Fides, 3/8/2017)
