AMERICA/BOLIVIA - Family and social pastoral being discussed by the Episcopal Conference

Cochabamba (Agenzia Fides) - About 35 Bishops of Bolivia will reflect on the reality of the country and other issues affecting the national society during the Assembly of the Bishops' Conference (CEB) which opens this morning, Thursday, November 10, and will conclude with a message to the People of God, on Tuesday, November 15. Also themes such as family, the Apostolic Exhortation of Pope Francis "Amoris Laetitia" and the urgencies of the social-Caritas Pastoral in favor of the poorest are on the agenda.
Father José Fuentes, Adjunct Secretary General of the Episcopal Conference also invited all the faithful to participate in the closing Mass of the Jubilee of Mercy this Sunday, November 13, at 7pm, in the Metropolitan Cathedral of Cochabamba, where the 102nd Assembly of the CEB is being held.
