Buenaventura (Agenzia Fides) - His Exc. Mgr. Ettore Epalza Quintero, P.S.S., Bishop of the Diocese of Buenaventura, during the Eucharist celebrated on May 21 took advantage of the presence of President Santos and the delegation of four ministers (Home, Work, Interior and Environment) in Buenaventura, to launch a cry of alarm.
During his homily, the Bishop asked the President to work harder for Buenaventura, because despite the "Pacific Plan" led by the Minister of the Environment, "we do not have water 24 hours a day in most of our neighborhoods. Hidropacífico (name of the body at a regional level), whose slogan is 'water for life', seems it wants us to be thirsty. But right there where there is no service, the bill arrives on time to pay. In addition, the hospital is closed after two years of renovation. Dear President, help us! " concluded the Bishop. (CE) (Agenzia Fides, 25/05/2016)
