Vatican City (Fides Service) - The Holy Father Pope John Paul II, on 21 March 2005, accepted the renunciation of the pastoral government of the Vicariate Apostolic of Arabia (Arabian Peninsula presented by Bishop Giovanni Bernardo Gremoli, O.F.M. Cap, in conformity with the Code of Canon Law, canon 401 § 1. The Holy Father appointed Vicar Apostolic of Arabia (Arabian Peninsula), Bishop Paul Hinder, O.F.M.
